Federal Drug Testing Services (FDTS) is the only FAA DER training program in the country led by a former FAA Drug and Alcohol Compliance Enforcement Inspector. Founded by Greg Henderson, FDTS delivers certification training and consulting for Designated Employer Representatives, compliance managers, and aviation safety leaders operating under 14 CFR Part 120 and 49 CFR Part 40.

Dovresti partecipare sia che tu sia un operatore unico o una grande azienda, indipendentemente dal fatto che tu sia nel settore da un mese o 20 anni. Se sei un proprietario e/o un rappresentante designato dei dipendenti (DER) di uno dei seguenti certificati FAA: 121, 135, 145, 91.147 (LOA) o sei titolare di una registrazione appaltatore che svolge funzioni sensibili alla sicurezza e ha un mandato FAA Programma di droga e alcol; questo corso fa per te

Sei responsabile di ogni aspetto di questo programma ed è nel tuo migliore interesse comprendere le normative che lo regolano e come può essere utilizzato per proteggerti.

 

Cosa succede se hai solo una persona che gestisce il tuo programma e loro:

  1. Esci, vai in pensione e/o vieni licenziato

  2. Diventa scontento e sabota le tue scartoffie

  3. Documento inavvertitamente sbagliato  o scartoffie inutili 

  4. Nuovo per il processo FAA Drug and Alcohol Program

Chi controlla le scartoffie? Si consiglia vivamente di portare con sé un dipendente alternativo per imparare le basi come DER di riserva. Ricorda, anche in assenza del DER primario; il programma DEVE funzionare ancora in conformità con le linee guida regolamentari federali.

Build practical knowledge of:

  • Executive Order 12564, Public Law 100-71, and the HHS Mandatory Guidelines.

  • Your agency’s drug-free workplace plan and its relationship to the federal Model Plan.

  • Testing Designated Positions and applicable testing requirements.

  • Collection procedures, accurate documentation, confidentiality, and service provider oversight.

  • Recognizing and addressing errors that compromise program integrity.

  • Maintaining program continuity when staff resign, retire, transfer, or are otherwise unavailable.

Build a program that remains consistent, accountable, and effective through personnel changes and everyday challenges.
